Sales people are often too pushy or have that fake, 'overly friendly' thing going... But Josh seemed like he really just wanted to help. He seemed really knowledgeable. I purchased my new 2011 Suburban 2500 from Josh at Pohanka and my sales experience couldn't have been better!
