Shortly after our arrival we were approached by Clark who was very disarming and relaxed, which immediately put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and took a great deal of time with us to make sure that this was the right vehicle for us. He did not pressure us and was extremely patient during the entire transaction. I particularly dislike negotiating price and have frequently left dealerships when I feel like I'm being played. Clark was very straight forward in his negotiation of price and did not waste a lot of our time getting to a number that we felt was very fair.
