Yong Kim met us and was extremely helpful not only in showing and explaining the RDX we were interested in but in searching for discounts we qualified for---and was more than happy the day after the sale was final to further explain features. Financing was straight forward but your approach to mainenance packages at the time of financing doesn't make them inviting. More

I reached out to the dealership who put me in contact with Mr. Kim. We worked out a deal within an hr or so via text/ email. Mr. Kim was knowledgeable, cordial and provided the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. I would say this was the most efficient no xx transaction I have ever had with a car dealer. To summarize, I plan to reach out to Mr. Kim next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More
