They are 5 star, the only reason I gave 4 because they took a little bit long to get loan approval and paperwork despite of having great credit score. They mentioned about some computer issues. Also they took a little bit longer than expected to release a car because of cleaning and detailing, I thought they could expedite things as I was already in process of getting paperwork done. But the service I got at the end, I can disregard the issues. I'll go again to buy another new car in future. More
