For the last decade we have bought 3 RDXs from Pohanka despite having moved three hours from their location. This week we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Yong Kim, who is the finest car salesman with whom we have done business— and we have known some very good people at this dealership. Mr. Kim is professional, thorough, and a great listener. He took the time to understand what we hoped to achieve, helped us understand the newest RDX and its features, and when we purchased the car, made sure we understood how those features would impact our drive home. Sales manager Joey O’Bryhim was terrific and Ray Morton handled the finance matters with his always pleasant and informative style. He answers questions quickly and honestly. Calvin made the buying experience easy and hassle-free. He was able to give me more for my trade and ensure that my monthly payments were less than my previous car payments.
