Very Interesting experience. Recently I had some issue with this Car dealer especially with the Loaner Car department handling the leftover items. I left my Car Manual, other important documents and my Fa with this Car dealer especially with the Loaner Car department handling the leftover items. I left my Car Manual, other important documents and my Favourite Sun glass in the Loaner Car on my return. When I relaized, I informed them about the items and was told that they are available and can be picked up. On my visit, I was told that it has been misplaced and will be notified when it is found. And I never got the Call for some time and later complained to the Customer Service Department about the poor follow up. The Manager from CS dept personally took my case and replaced some of the items such as Manual , but I never got my Original items. I cannot blame them completely as partly it is my mistake to leave the items. But I am impressed with the way I was followed up and clairifed the reason for mishap and also assured of better service in the future. More

This was one of those rare experiences where everything works perfectly and you are just waiting for something to go wrong. Got quote on new TL thru Truecar.com. Saleperson (Kwin) contacted me a few hour works perfectly and you are just waiting for something to go wrong. Got quote on new TL thru Truecar.com. Saleperson (Kwin) contacted me a few hours later to arrange a visit next day. I showed up, drove the car, loved it and asked to drive a TSX for comparison. Kwin said "no problem". After driving, I said I wanted to buy the car. There was no need for any further haggling as the truecar.com price was already set. The process was quick, service was very friendly and helpful, the finance guy (Jamal) was patient, personable, probably one of the best I've seen. Overall, the staff treated me as if I was paying full sticker price on the car! Excellent dealership from start to finish. I got plates and a car wash to drive the new car home...it looked awesome. Bill Kemavor was a gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with while purchasing my new Acura. He was forthcoming, professional, knowledgeable and absolutely ensured that my buying experience was perfect. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests in every way; his selflessness in the process was incredible. The price I paid for my new car and the trade-in value for my car were fantastic. I could not be more satisfied with the price, the trade value and my overall experience. In fact, I would be swayed to Pohanka Acura to purchase another car just for the experience. My wife is thinking about replacing her AWD SUV and is now only considering the MDX so we can work with Bill again. I had called every dealer in Pennsylvania looking for a deal on the 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD in Mayan Bronze. Practically no dealer had this car and the few who did, were not willing to offer a deal. Just when I decided to stop looking, I found out about Pohanka Acura through Truecar.com. Kwin made every effort to locate this particular car for me. Kwin gave me an amazing price on this car and I could not pass this up, so I drove three hours to purchase this car. Upon arriving to the dealership, Kwin was respectful of my time and wasted no time in handling my paper work. The price that she had quoted me over the phone was the price that I received. I can respect that she was honest and kept her word. The business manager Jamal was very nice and cordial. He was thorough and straight to the point. He explained all of the documents that I was signing and he did not try to force me to buy any additional options (although it is tempting with all the news options that Acura offers).
