My dealings with Pohanka Acura were one of my best ever with a dealership. Being an individual in sales my biggest expectation is that I get great service and treated like I am as important as any customer with a dealership. The best part of the experience with Pohanka is after a submission online I received a call in only a short matter of time. I can say at the exact same time I submitted 3 inquiries and I had basically come to a sales agreement with Matt before I ever even got a call back from the other dealerships. To go a step further Matt goes an extra mile and offered a delivery for the most reasonable price I have seen of a car. Being a couple hundred miles away and a busy individual this put their customer service over the top for me. I will definitely contact Matt and Pohanka in the future when I am ready to upgrade my Acura. Thanks guys!! More

Went to Pohanka for a great deal on an Acura TSX. Could not find what we were looking for in upstate NY, so drove to VA and got a great deal. The "BEST" or "holy-grail" of exemplary service (with DAYS of lasting impact) is after taking time out of my hectic day to squeeze in a dreaded car service repair, and deal with the "I-66 commute" (depressed after an hour+ in traffic); IS, picking up my car after the repair and sitting in a clean car, washed, dry, vacuumed and smelling good, makes me feel like the car runs better even if the service department did none-thing to affect the ride. Then each day for the next few days I get ready to make that "I-66 commute" and get back into a proud clean car and remember the great service again. This makes me feel better about spending the money to get a car repaired. Then suddenly I need to use the wind-shield washer and remember "darn" I did not fill it, but to my surprise the service center took care of that also, WOW!! now I think to myself they took care of all kinds of things that I don't even know about. I am a valued customer, and feel proud to bring my car to this Pohanka service center!! That is the experience, that I have had from the Acura service center, no not every time but several times, and is why I keep going back. More

I have to say that when it is time to buy a new car, I almost dread the fact that it is going to b purchasing our new Acura easier than ever before. I have to say that when it is time to buy a new car, I almost dread the fact that it is going to be an uphill battle with the dealer to get a fair price. I started shopping around and Matt was one of the sales people in the area I began talking with. He was very informative and helped my wife and I decide if a lease or a purchase worked better for us. We decided to schedule an appointment to take a TL out for a test drive. Matt had the car pulled up ready to go before we even got there. When the test drive was over there was no pressure to buy that day and they even gave us an estimate on what our trade in would get. A couple days later we decided we were going to purchase the TL. When it came time to talk about price, I was surprised that the offer they gave us on our trade and the sale price of the new car were fair to begin with. They did not lowball us as we were expecting and they were completely upfront about everything. There were no hidden costs and no playing games. We then went to Bart in finance and he continued to make the purchase experience wonderful! When all was done, Matt spent over an hour going over the car and explaining the navigation system and everything else to my wife and I. I thought Matt and the rest of the Pohanka staff were just exceptional. I would recommend Pohanka Acura and Matt Collier to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura. More

Our daughter drives the RDX and recently picked up a nail in a tire, drove in, they plugged it in no time, washed the car and didn't charge her a thing. What a great place!
