I moved to Falls Church from Richmond a year ago and took my TL to Radley Acura for scheduled maintenance. Jeremy, the service adviser, tried to tell me I needed new brakes on my car and they'd cost around $ my TL to Radley Acura for scheduled maintenance. Jeremy, the service adviser, tried to tell me I needed new brakes on my car and they'd cost around $350. I declined as I had new brakes put on my car in Richmond just 6,000 miles before. He probably thought he could pull a fast one on me since I'm a middle aged female. I posted a negative review on this site but for some reason it's no longer visible. I now make the trip to Pohanka Acura and am very satisfied with the way I am treated and with the quality of service I receive. I highly recommend Pohanka Acura but suggest you stay away from Radley Acura unless you want to pay for repairs that you do not need. More

On one of the hottest days in June I stepped out of my vehicle, a 2001 Acura CL, and was greeted by Moses. When Moses went inside to get a key for a test drive, a manager came out, offered me a cold water and asked if I was being taken care of. What a huge difference in customer service! I felt valued at Pohanka. I was very comfortable working with Moses. He was easy going and confident. When I had questions about service we went and spoke with Jayson, who also was genuine and alleviated my concerns. Moses made the car buying experience not only painless but enjoyable. I bought the pearl white 2008 Acura TL and love it. Moses and a colleague even followed me home in my new car so I wouldn't have to worry about making arrangements later! He took care of me not only to make the sale but long after when I expressed concerns or had questions. For that reason, I referred my mother to Moses. The last time she purchased a car was 15 years ago and she was a little intimidated by the process. This past Friday, she also bought a car from Moses and loves it! I witnessed the same high level customer service and what I call "customer care". I highly recommend Moses and the team at Pohanka!! Bravo on a job well done I can't thank Moses enough! Matt made buying my new Acura very easy. He was not only the first to respond to my interest but the easiest to deal with. I purchased my 2006 Acura TL from Pohanka Acura, and have used them for all my service needs as well. For the past 5 years, I have received nothing but great service from them. My wife and I originally leased our Acura MDX and TL, respectively with Pohanka Acura. Kirk Schwartz discussed all of our options in an honest and straightforward manner cutting directly to the bottom line without all of the usual back and forth negotiating. Based on our steadfast loyalty to Pohanka Acura earned through consistent customer service and quality maintenance during each of our lease terms, we decided to release newer models of the same cars. Now that's brand loyalty! Bret Rogerson showed us all of our options, and made my wife smile throughout the entire process. Subsequently, Bart Schuster in finance worked expeditiously to determine the financing for both vehicles given our trade in value on our prior vehicles. Although it seemed the final numbers were revised somewhat, Kirk Schwartz stepped into the midst of the financing process to successfully close the transaction making us whole for any perceived additional costs. This complex transaction could not have been handled by a better team as each worked separately and yet in tandem as consummate professionals to close the deal and ensure that we remained truly satisfied customers. I would readily recommend Pohanka Acura to my closest friends and family as I believe there are extremely few dealerships that can consistently deliver the same caliber of exceptional service.
