I have been a Pohanka customer for 10 years now. The price and service on the sales side of Pohanka Acura is always excellent and is reason enough to put them on your dealer short list. The basic areas of service are delivered efficiently. 1. Their hours of operation make it easy to get the car in. 2. The service loaners make any service beyond a basic oil-change very easy to fit it. There are always several cars to choose from - TSX, ZDX and RDX options arte almost always available. 3. The waiting room is on par with any luxury brand, with complementary drinks, snacks, high-speed internet and work areas all readily available. The work itself is a step above anything I have encountered at dealerships from Saab, Lexus, Chevy, Nissan, VW and Chrysler. This is the real brillance of Pohanka Acura. The service managers immediately recognize me and complete my car intake quickly. They do an excellent job of explaining what the service codes mean. They lay out the process and set my expectations for time to repair. They accuratly discuss the price and quickly assess if any part availability issues will cause delays. They deliver good news quickly and bad news (if there ever is any) immediately - they definitley understand that bad news does not get better with age. On numerous occassions Pohanka has gone above and beyond with repairs - covering a badly cracked nav system screen under warranty without any questions asked. When my brake rotors on a 2006 MDX warped in the 1st 10000 miles, they covered the repair under warranty without question. When the same rotors warped again 7000 miles later, they replaced the pads and rotors under warranty and without any questions. The lack of hassle and customer 1st approach is and has always been expectional. More

Acura is a great product. I bought 2012 MDX from pohanka Acura December of 2012. It’s been about 9 months. I visited pohanka Acura service numours times since. Sorry to say, experience at pohnaka Acura ser Acura December of 2012. It’s been about 9 months. I visited pohanka Acura service numours times since. Sorry to say, experience at pohnaka Acura service was far less than standard. I parked my car and walked into the service area. There were about 3-4 services advisors on staff. Standing there for at least 3 to 5 minutes without any help. I had to grab someone to ask questions. The advisor I reach out was not professional at all, clearly, he did not want to be(work) there. I decided to address this experience to the service manager, which I can see him sitting by him self in this desk through the glass window. But, he is not available. I will not buy or service my car from Pohanka any longer. and will not recommend this dealership to friends and family. Its really sad to see great product like Acura is represented by less than standard dealership like "pohanka" its shame. More

This dealership is great. Andrew Yeboah helped me to pick out the right Tl and even got me a free oil change for my vehicle. Don't ask for anyone else. Nik and Phuong have gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping my husband and I to get storm body damage repaired on both our vehicles. After a bad experience at an other collision repair center, duty in helping my husband and I to get storm body damage repaired on both our vehicles. After a bad experience at an other collision repair center, we called Phuong and Nik and they helped us find an other body shop that would do all the repairs without charging more than what the claim check was for. Everyone we have delt with at Pohanka Acura has been plesent and friendly and willing to do what they can to help solve our problems. More

Took my 2006 TL in for an electrical problem. Repair became complex and ended with three related problems. Although it took several days and three return trips, the work was handled professionally and became complex and ended with three related problems. Although it took several days and three return trips, the work was handled professionally and in one case the dealer made no charges, although the repair nornally would have been very costlty [ entire bluetooth system required replacement]. One of the other repairs required replacement of a power strip curcit board and was caused by an earlier repair by a different Acura dealer that was not done correctly. Pohanka did this work for just the cost of the board [ no labor charge]. The original problem, a failed alternator, was fixed quickly, but lead to the discovery of the other problems. At most any other dealer I am sure this would have become a very expensive job and would have resulted in bad feelings between the dealer and myself. This dealer really knowns how to work with a upset customer. More
