Kudos to Yong Kim. He was great start to finish. He kept in touch with me over a period of about 2 weeks while I was deciding what car I wanted to lease. He was not pushy, only professional. Finally, I like the fact that I got 300 dollars for my 23 year old Acura Integra which my wife bought there in 1990. Although it still ran great, I really did not expect that much. Great experience. Last month i was looking to purchase a 2010 Lexus IS250 because my previous car had died. I was literally on the way to Maryland to purchase a car, when Glenn from Pohanka sent me pictures of the same car, because my previous car had died. When i was getting ready to drive off the lot, Glenn regretfully informed me that there was only one set of keys, not 2 like he originally had thought. He promised to follow up with the prior owner to see if he could get me an extra key and spare me the $450 to get a duplicate made. Two weeks later he emailed me to let me know he had driven to the prior owner's house in Leesburg to pick up the second key, and he would have it waiting for me the receptionists desk. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Glenn at Pohanka Acura. Thank you Glenn for your patience. You definitely exceeded all expectations! More

I really didn't know what to expect after working with another Acura dealership 18 months earlier but the dealer (Phuong) made us feel very comfortable and we never felt rushed or pushed. When I went, I was just planning to look at the Acura TL to compare their prices with the other Acura Dealerships in the regi of Chantilly, Virginia. However, after receiving such great service and good pricing, I decided to buy an Acura the same day. Yong Kim was great! He was patient with me and understood my wishes of wanting to stay within a certain price. Yong tried his best to keep me within the price that I wanted to be within as well as to get me the TL with all the bells and whistles.
