I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership. I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new one and was a difficult case because I had so much negative equity on one vehicle. Discussing price was no nonsense and I feel that I got a great deal. They didn't waste my time or try to persuade me to do anything. Phuong helped me set up the Bluetooth and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. She even helped me to get both of my cars to the dealership all the way from Manassas and that was a huge help. Lenny gave us a great deal - so the only deciding factor was how we were treated. In this services-based nation of ours, I think we can all agree - how businesses treat customers means everything these days. The gang at Pohanka are top shelf in this department. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and respectfully by all of the dealers. At no point did we feel pressured to do anything - they simply just wanted us to be happy with our purchase.
