Lied about diagnostic ran. When we took our truck in to have diagnostic ran to get the transmission and rear end repaired they only pulled 1 spark plug. There were no miles driv When we took our truck in to have diagnostic ran to get the transmission and rear end repaired they only pulled 1 spark plug. There were no miles driven to hear the rumble in rear end and to feel the transmission slipping. We purchased an extended warranty to cover the cost but apparently this makes no difference. We purchased the truck from Ron Elby in Macomb along with the warranty. I was finally told from poage that Ron elby said he would fix the truck if we would bring it to him. Problem is we don't have the time to take it to Macomb and we were told that poages take the warranty. Not happy paying another $135 for diagnostic when nothing was done but pull a spark plug. That is a 15 minute job. I get you have to charge for 1 hour but 1.5 hours? Come on you wanted a cut rate when we spent hours detailng your car's. More
