I've had terrible service from this dealership more than once. I recently took my jeep in for an oil change and had to wait outside in the cold and wind with my 6 year old and my dad. if they had told me w once. Service tech was fantastic in locating problem and rectifying it. Service team was very patient and informative when I called which occurred regularly since I had just rebuilt the top end of my Hemi rectifying it. I was to take my car in for service but needed to be at work to open so they were able to take me to work and delivered my Jeep to me when service was finished.
