My car was overheating and needed quick attention. Timing could not have been worse as my warranty was about to expire and I also needed vehicle for work. Called the Jeep dealership closer to home a Timing could not have been worse as my warranty was about to expire and I also needed vehicle for work. Called the Jeep dealership closer to home and got nowhere. I was told they could "get my Jeep in for diagnosis" in a couple of days. Poage Service rep simply asked how quickly could I get my vehicle dropped off and had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. And, all under the warranty. Amazing service staff! Will highly recommend them. Yes, I had to drive an extra 30 miles but well worth it! More

Check engine light came on prior to Covid. They ordered part, but did not come in for 2 months. During this time, the check engine light went off. I've had terrible service from this dealership more than once. I recently took my jeep in for an oil change and had to wait outside in the cold and wind with my 6 year old and my dad. if they had told me w once.
