It went so well because of assistant service manager Christie Cook. This problem occurred late Friday afternoon. I called Christie and she was able to hold two shock absorbers for me and get me a 9 am appointment the next Monday morning. They took my car in right at 9 am and the repair was done very efficiently. She communicated very well with my wife as to the status of the repair and had her back on the road in no time. I was very pleased with Christie’s work, as well as the mechanic. I was very pleased. More

VEHICLE SERVICE VS CUSTOMER SERVICE Very happy with vehicle service. Unhappy with waiting area. Even Ford dealership has nice doughnuts. Of course the one TV was basically the same deal. When I take friend to her Honda svc we find a friendly little café with actual breakfast orders and service at table or counter to boot. Free van service to nearby shopping and etc. What a stodgy place Lincoln service area is... All for the privilege of purchasing and driving a much more expensive vehicle. Only consolation is the awesomeness of the vehicle itself which has totally spoiled us. . More
