Battery Service Monday of this week my 2017 Lincoln MKZ took a few seconds to turn over and start four different times. As the car is almost three years old along wi Monday of this week my 2017 Lincoln MKZ took a few seconds to turn over and start four different times. As the car is almost three years old along with the hesitation to start I believed my battery was nearing the end of its life. I called Plaza Service and spike with Bobby, one of the individuals in which I have great confidence. I explained to Booby the situation and my thoughts. I asked if it would be possibly to get the car in that day. Bobby said “bring it right in.” 20 minutes later, I walked through the Service entrance and was greeted by Rob (another confidence builder) who asked for the keys so he would get the car into service quickly. Within 30 minutes Rob handed me the keys to a freshly washed and vacuumed MKZ with a new battery. Great service and personnel! More
