Disappointed. Planned to have an update to my navigation system with my oil change on my MKC. I bought the Lincoln from this dealership. Due to Chovid-19 we delayed the service until the 6th of April. Our w system with my oil change on my MKC. I bought the Lincoln from this dealership. Due to Chovid-19 we delayed the service until the 6th of April. Our warranty ran out in March. Service advisor offered no solution other than paying for the update. I was very disappointed in his lack of concern. I realize things are tough all over but my wife is a nurse for Hospice and we were not in a position to get the vehicle to the dealership in March. I’ll have to think twice about buying another vehicle from Plaza Lincoln. My last two purchases were from the Plaza group but now I’ll be wary of this dealership. More

Will not revisit this dealership. I truly don't even trust that the work they said they did was even done. Dishonest at best. I spent three hours waiting for my vehicle the day i brought it in and they trust that the work they said they did was even done. Dishonest at best. I spent three hours waiting for my vehicle the day i brought it in and they didn't even look at the problem just forced a servicing on me that i didnt need. Charged 83 bucks and sent me away with a malfunctioning engine they never looked at. I called back and bobby switched me out into a courtesy vehicle after telling me he was waiting for an ordered part. Which was never disclosed to me when i left, i was told i was set. Then they call back a few hours later wanting to give me back my vehicle with the messed up engine. I was given the run around until bobby told me i have to call lincoln myself. He gave me a fluke number completely in spanish and nothing to do with lincoln, i had to google search the contact info myself. They finally said they'll change my engine out for a new engine covered under warranty which i why i went there to begin with which i also verbally indicated when i got there. Then when i got my vehicle it was filthy. There were grease stains in the entire vehicle still some in the back seat. Why were they in the vehicle that extensively and enough to dirty the entire interior. And not clean it at that? Even worse my car is still stalling. So did they even do the work? Ill have to find oit if i can get it to a dealership anytime soon. Ill never visit this dealership again. More
