Rob did a good job, he contacted Ford dealer for warranty info on battery problem, got us warranty. Took care of power steering fault, sold us new tires at fair price. On complaint is it took a week to compl info on battery problem, got us warranty. Took care of power steering fault, sold us new tires at fair price. After your dealership had my car for one month to fix my radio you returned my car to me absolutely filthy. I did not have the time that day to wait for you to clean it then. The service department did not do as I ask. I asked for a tune up on a 2014 Ford Escape with 96,000 miles on it ,engine wasn't running rough but the gas mileage was going downhill. I asked for sparkplugs and tune up on a 2014 Ford Escape with 96,000 miles on it ,engine wasn't running rough but the gas mileage was going downhill. I asked for sparkplugs and a air cleaner element and got 4 sparkplugs installed that's it. I didn't know that the later model cars didn't have a pcv valve and a fuel filter. Service manager failed to explain that to me. And as for why he didn't install an air cleaner element I have no idea why. Not happy with the work at all. You have to do better than that for me to ever come back. Sorry it is what it is! More
