Was in Leesburg caring for my mom. Needed to drive back to WI and was concerned about an odd sound my Lincoln MKC was making. Terrified since I’m broke. Mark Valentin was AWESOME. The problem is not fixed after being told three times they had resolved the electrical problem. I appreciate that these things happen but after having the problem still exist when I simply get in the car they had resolved the electrical problem. I appreciate that these things happen but after having the problem still exist when I simply get in the car at the dealership or after driving less than a mile away from dealership is ridiculous. I have no faith in this dealership to solve my problem. The only reason I did not rate the service as poor is because I do believe short staffing has impacted their work. More

As always, Plaza Lincoln did a superb job on the latest service for our Nautilus. We used the valet service and driver arrived right on time with our “loaner” vehicle, as well as upon returning ours. Service was performed flawlesly, complimentary car wash, all wihout us even having to leave our home. Special thanks to our service manager, Rob, who was very knowledgable and courteous. The service department has gone way down hill since Bobby Adams left. I dropped my car off last week at 12:30 for a 1:00 oil change. Long story short, I didn’t get my car until after 4:00! This is inexcus Adams left. I dropped my car off last week at 12:30 for a 1:00 oil change. Long story short, I didn’t get my car until after 4:00! This is inexcusable and it was extremely frustrating as I lost my entire afternoon of work due to waiting on a simple oil change. When confronting Rob about the unbelievably long wait considering I had a 1:00 appt, his response was “well we have to service the customers who are waiting in the lobby first”. Well I’m a customer who has bought 2 vehicles here and had all the service work done on both vehicles at this dealership…this is not how loyal customers should be treated. No apology was given, no attempt to make things right and not even a discount given after having my vehicle for nearly 4 hours for an oil change. This may be my last service at the dealership as I don’t have time to wait nor do I appreciate the lack of attention to customer service. Very disappointing. More
