I have made two appointments prior in advance and reserved a Courtesy car for the day. Each time I show up with my car they don’t have one and fail to call me ahead of time to let me know. I choose reserved a Courtesy car for the day. Each time I show up with my car they don’t have one and fail to call me ahead of time to let me know. I choose a Lincoln to be able to take advantage of all the perks that it comes with my warranty. Shame on me to thinking your Concierge Service at Plaza would be so this poor. Made an online appointment and for some reason it doesn’t work. So I take off work and bring my car there for a new car inspection at 930 am. I get there and the assistant service manager says their system d work. So I take off work and bring my car there for a new car inspection at 930 am. I get there and the assistant service manager says their system doesn’t work and I’m SOL. Doesn’t offer a solution. Just says tough luck and goes back to whatever he was doing. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Wouldn’t go back here ever again. More

Cost of an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive at $109. I received no feedback on my other two issues; hatchback sporadically fails to open and status of a recall. In addition, I scheduled the service using my Lincoln way app only to learn from the service department the day before the scheduled service when I called them to let them know what service I needed that their connection to the my Lincoln way app was disabled and they had no knowledge of my service appointment I had scheduled nearly a month before.
