After a 2 week ordeal for a bad battery under base warrenty service writer Damarius said he was new to that department (but in the business for 14 years) and there was an employee shortage. If all this was true I was told that from the beginning I would have been more understanding. They tried to make us pay for labor and parts that were ultimately covered. Third battery in less than 3 years. We bought the car new. Left feeling like I (being old, 68,) was being taken advantage of. Don’t understand why they were originally willing to fix the car while we waited and we said we would come back to get the car the next day. The next day turned in to 2 weeks. Service was an aggravating nightmare. Would not recommend. More
