I could not imagine having to make three trips to the dealer on a new Lincoln to fix a headlight. I appreciate their persistence in tackling the problem but they should have done a quicker and better job dealer on a new Lincoln to fix a headlight. They do not stock or have access to parts nor do they have the expertise to diagnose and repair a simple task. More

Brought my vehicle in for a routine service. After leaving the dealership I discovered that I was not able to open the back doors. They were hitting the outside running boards. Apparently when After leaving the dealership I discovered that I was not able to open the back doors. They were hitting the outside running boards. Apparently when my vehicle was on the lift the running boards were pushed upwards. I brought my vehicle back to deal with this problem. The assistant service manager dealt with the problem by jumping in the running boards to push them back down. There was no attempt to bring my vehicle into the shop to inspect possible damage. I had to bring my vehicle back to the company that installed the running boards. They did an inspection to make sure the brackets were no bend and were structurally sound. This should have been done by plaza Lincoln as they were the ones who caused the damage by an incompetent technician. I have purchased 2 MKX SUVs there an have been bringing my vehicles there for all of the services for the past 12:years. I have been a loyal customer and did not appreciate how my issue was handled.
