I waited for my car but no one asked me if I needed anything to drink or ask me about the WiFi. Also, though I waited others were asking about loaners and it seemed real hit or miss. I bought a certified pre owned Lincoln at Plaza just short of 4 months. The day I bought it while showing me the Lincoln Way app features they couldn’t get it to connect to me as new owner. A few days l short of 4 months. The day I bought it while showing me the Lincoln Way app features they couldn’t get it to connect to me as new owner. A few days later we found out icar had a bad modem. Service ordered one for me. Took over a month to come in. Once it did I dropped off. Later that day service called and said they couldn’t fix it as the modem that was sent was wrong. Not sure why they didn’t know that before spending day working on it? Anyway they had to order a new one. Just shy of 4 months and still waiting, I left voice message with service but never received a call back. I was excited about my purchase and do like the car but not impressed or happy with service experience. I cannot recommend for this reason. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but the asked me to and this has been my experience More

The reply was” nothing we can do, we close in 10 minutes” Before the Pandemic we were very happy with the dealer. They have really gone down hill. More
