Knowledgeable, efficient, timely Appointment was made within my time needs. Car was picked up at my door on time with a new loaner and with no hassle. Even when I changed the return of my car to “I’ll drop off the loaner and pick up my car”, there was no problem. My car was ready at the time it was promised. Service representative was friendly/courteous and was able to tell me exactly was was needed, why, the cost, and when the next service was needed and what items needed to be addressed at that time. My car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. I have dealt with the various Service Representatives at Plaza, and they all have the same work ethic - that, as a Lincoln owner, my satisfaction is the only priority!! More

Unplanned service prompt and courteous My MKC’s electronics were acting funny and I couldn’t use Navigation or turn the radio off. I stopped by Plaza without an appointment.
