Satisfactory As always my service appointment was conducted in the usual satisfactory manner and much quicker than usual - approximately 50 minutes but the co As always my service appointment was conducted in the usual satisfactory manner and much quicker than usual - approximately 50 minutes but the complimentary car wash was a bit disappointing. Didn’t look like carpets were vacuumed at all and cloudy footprints were on the drivers side. Also, water was running down some windows, the side mirrors, and the back of the car. Don’t know if you have someone new because in the past the car has always been immaculate. More

Dealership has become large used car depot So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. There are more used cars in the showroom there there are new model Lincol So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. Now, the same “mirror-clicking” has occurred for the forth time! This is so unacceptable for a dealer such as Plaza. I was living in GA when I leased this car and will surely drive back there to lease again. Maybe perhaps the dealers in FL just don’t care after the fact? So very disappointed with Plaza.
