I asked for the Lincoln Priority Service. It is priced at $79.95 in the flyer I just got from Lincoln. Many items were done to my car without authorization. The bill came to $187.98. During my last service, which included a software recall for my blue screen back up camera, the software update for that system left me with more problems that I have ever had before. When I called Plaza to report this unacceptable situation I was told that this is a Lincoln problem and there was nothing the dealership could do at this time. More
