When I needed new tires, the service manager initially quoted me $1,400. He said they do price matching. So I got 2 competitive outside quotes for $1,200. Then the Plaza Lincoln dealer offered me a pri quoted me $1,400. He said they do price matching. So I got 2 competitive outside quotes for $1,200. Then the Plaza Lincoln dealer offered me a price of $1,300 plus a $60 credit card and $135 credit for future services. It appeared to be cost beneficial for me. So I said OK. What a rip off! When the car with new tires was delivered, the credit card was not attached with the bill. When I called the Service manager said the $60 was really a rebate that I had to apply for. I would have been entitled to this rebate wherever I purchased these Michelin tires. Then I spent 2 hours trying to apply for the online rebate. When I uploaded the photo of the receipt, the response said the file was too big. Then I spent another hour scanning the receipt and saving it to a smaller size. I was furious I waisted 3 hours of my time completing this online form. I finally received an acknowledgement and confirmation number. A week later I received notice my claim was denied. I will never buy tires from a dealer again. Plaza Lincoln was totally deceptive and dishonest. More
