I have no problem with the mechanical abilities of the service technicians, I do however have a problem with those who determine what’s needed to repair the car properly. I’ve had my 2019 Lincoln Nautil service technicians, I do however have a problem with those who determine what’s needed to repair the car properly. I’ve had my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus back to this dealership close to 14 times due to neglect to properly repair the crash avoidance radar after a minor fender bender, also it was discovered that the front spoiler and right side inner fender was not tightened properly causing the inner render to rub the tire and the spoiler is still loose. The battery has been replaced twice and now needs to be replaced for a third time. I called and left a message for the service manager to call me so we could set up a meeting to discuss these problems at hand but have never heard back from him. I’m very displeased with the service ant Plaza Lincoln and seriously considering trading this car for a Toyota. More

I am very sorry to leave a bad review, but I am a very dissatisfied customer. I have not been back to this service department since 2019 and I will never go back!!! They charged me $1800 to fix my air con dissatisfied customer. I have not been back to this service department since 2019 and I will never go back!!! They charged me $1800 to fix my air conditioning and less than a year later the exact same problem with the air conditioning happened and they would not fix it! Who does that? Charge a ridiculous amount of money to repair something and it breaks down in 9 months and they refuse to make it right!! There is NO way anyone will ever convince me to go back there!!! More

Service told me they would give me a 'loaner', then on the date of service told me no 'loaner' as my vehicle was just out of warranty. Also, I asked for an oil change and when they picked up they told me I was getting "Menu One" service, I inquired what that was and he explained I needed it even tho my vehicle only had 7,000 miles on it. This was three times more expensive than what I had originally asked for - absolutely should have informed me when I requested the oil change. They washed and vacuumed the vehicle, good job except for the windows - which were VERY badly smeared. This really did create a problem for me as it is very difficult for me to clean the windows in a MKZ. More

I was disappointed with the warranty work performed on my 2020 Nautilus, it was obvious there was little to no Quality Control. The problem was with the sun shade which was corrected. However, the driver s 2020 Nautilus, it was obvious there was little to no Quality Control. The problem was with the sun shade which was corrected. However, the driver side seat belt retracting mechanism was broken, the passenger side seat belt molding was incorrectly reinstalled, and the was dirt smudges in many areas of the head liner. Following a return of my car to the dealership, Marcus did a great job in getting the issues corrected and needs to be commended for his actions. More
