Service told me they would give me a 'loaner', then on the date of service told me no 'loaner' as my vehicle was just out of warranty. Fortunately, it did not inconvience me, but your employes should be the date of service told me no 'loaner' as my vehicle was just out of warranty. Also, I asked for an oil change and when they picked up they told me I was getting "Menu One" service, I inquired what that was and he explained I needed it even tho my vehicle only had 7,000 miles on it. This was three times more expensive than what I had originally asked for - absolutely should have informed me when I requested the oil change. They washed and vacuumed the vehicle, good job except for the windows - which were VERY badly smeared. This really did create a problem for me as it is very difficult for me to clean the windows in a MKZ. More

I was disappointed with the warranty work performed on my 2020 Nautilus, it was obvious there was little to no Quality Control. The problem was with the sun shade which was corrected. However, the driver s 2020 Nautilus, it was obvious there was little to no Quality Control. The problem was with the sun shade which was corrected. However, the driver side seat belt retracting mechanism was broken, the passenger side seat belt molding was incorrectly reinstalled, and the was dirt smudges in many areas of the head liner. Following a return of my car to the dealership, Marcus did a great job in getting the issues corrected and needs to be commended for his actions. More
Lincoln Plaza is extremely dedicated to their customers. If I call them with a question, they can answer on the phone and fix it. I won't be going back to Plaza Lincoln for the service on my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. I get a very cold and uncaring vibe there. I did give 2 stars because DiMario my service writer gave me a discount on my oi my 2022 Lincoln Nautilus. I get a very cold and uncaring vibe there. I did give 2 stars because DiMario my service writer gave me a discount on my oil change to compensate for a prior service writer that doesn't work there any more that sold my wife some sort of package that she did not request or need. No customer care here. Being a Lincoln dealership you would think there would be soap in the restrooms and maybe even some cookies in the tray? More
