Plaza ordered the new tire (car only has 1100 miles on it) & was not being driven as i was very sick & couldn't drive, so it was sitting in my garage for over a week. When i went to drive it, I noticed the front tire was flat. I called tow service & it was towed to dealer, PLAZA ordered a new tire & 2 days kater my car was delivered to me. Thankfully, I’d purchased tje Roadside Hazard Protection so there was NO additional charge to me! It was just fantastic!. More

Regarding the Auto Body Shop Repair (not the Service Center), the Manager explained everything that needed to be done for water damage in my 2003 Lincoln, and personally took me home when other drivers Center), the Manager explained everything that needed to be done for water damage in my 2003 Lincoln, and personally took me home when other drivers were not immediately available. The work was done by a Specialist in this kind of work, who was brought in from outside the dealership to analyze the source of the water leak and the then the actual repairs were done by the Lincoln team. I cannot say enough for the way this serious problem was handled. I especially appreciated the Manager of that department - he treated me as if my problem was of special importance, as I am sure he treats everyone. He also personally returned my car to me when other drivers were not immediately available. More
