I had my Lincoln serviced by a dealership in California and have used them for all my Lincoln’s over the years. This dealership doesn’t even wash the car when they return to you let alone detail the car as and have used them for all my Lincoln’s over the years. This dealership doesn’t even wash the car when they return to you let alone detail the car as they are suppose to do for the black label model. It’s quite an embarrassment they don’t have enough customer service training to do that. Other quality dealerships also refill things windshield washer fluid etc when bringing in factory service like oil changes etc. not at plaza! Again I guess they don’t care about customer service. Didn’t get greeted when I pulled into the service station. Wasn’t sure if I should stay with my car or walk in. That was not to be expected. The service guy was very nice and helpful.
