Went to this dealer with my rv to show Bobby Adams the issue I was having with the tone ring. Brought him the bulletin for the issue that explained that the tone ring being broken would cause the issue issue I was having with the tone ring. Brought him the bulletin for the issue that explained that the tone ring being broken would cause the issue and it would need to be replaced. He proceeded to order the parts and would call me when they arrived to bring the rv in for service. He told me to bring the rv today. I dropped it off and when He called to tell me the rv was ready and fixed I go over there only to find out that all that was done to it was a cleaning. Did not replace the parts that the bulletin stated and that he said he had ordered and had me waiting for. Left with the rv and within a mile the abs light came back on indicating that it was not fixed. Still have the same issue. Brought the rv back for him to say that he cannot do it because he does not have the equipment for the rv and proceeded to say that the manager did not want to take the risk to do the proper fix. Wasted the day and trip over there and after they said they could do it and failed they took it back saying they do not have the equipment to and did not want the risk.
