I appreciate the pick up and delivery. It was all done efficiently. The driver was kind. The car was delivered back, washed and cleaned the items that were repaired. Took the car in on Saturday for a oil change. The car wash is not available and they do not clean the inside. It felt like a mechanic had been in the car... a few smudges here and there. The service manager who took me in was pleasant and was noticeably much more pleasant than in the past. He gets an A+. More
