Appointment was at 2:00pm. I was told the car was going right back, and it sat for an hour. It took roughly 30 minutes to finish and went back to get washed at roughly 3:30. The tech said they were drying the car off back there at 4:00. The gentleman who processed the paperwork said, "By the time I go back they'll be bringing the car up." He never checked on it. I went back in and then he went back and brought it up at 4:35. More
