My backup and front cameras have not worked properly since I purchased the vehicle. It has been in for repair at least 4 times. Still doesn't work properly. Cameras are on order. Rear hatch was not operating properly. Had to bring it in twice before it was fixed. We paid for a service package that allowed us to have a loaner vehicle and was informed each time, except for the last time that loaner vehicles were not available. The service is friendly but the ability to resolve the problem leaves a lot to be desired. More

I took my car, 2013 MkS,in to have have a miss or jerking checked.The told me it was a torque converter problem. However they do not repair torque converters.but they charged me $ 139 diagnostics which would checked.The told me it was a torque converter problem. I was prepared to have the repair done but you do not do this. Not my fault. More
