I have worked with Damario on getting our 2019 MKT taken care of. We had a motor fail on our sunroof. When that parts came in one of the motors was bad. Now they had to reorder. I brought the MKT in and was care of. We had a motor fail on our sunroof. When that parts came in one of the motors was bad. Now they had to reorder. I brought the MKT in and was going to wait for the repair to be done as I was told origanlly it was a 4-5 hour job. After about 8 hours I was informed that additional part were needed because the cable broke from sunroof not moving straight. I was put in a loaner vehicle. I was told the vehicle would be ready late on a Friday or definatly on Saturday. I wasn't ready till the following Monday midday. I went to pick vehicle up and noticed tou bags of parts in the back seat. Told I paid for them but was not needed to install. I also saw that the cover behind the rearview mirror was missing. The mechanic told me that it was super glued in and he wasn't going to put the old one back and would order a new part. Told it would be a day or two. It's been over a week and part hasn't shown up. On way home we heard a noise from sunroof. I found that the parts found in back set are called Sunroof Mechanism cover. I remembered they were there before repairs were started. I called Demario right away and told him these needed to be installed and the job completed. He agreed and said when the cover arrives he would get it in and complete the job. Another issue that arrived was when we tried to use rear window washer fluid, we could hear water running insde roof but not coming out the sprayer on the window. Called Derario and he did say the hose for the rear window does run along the sunroof and would add that to the list. I'm very disappointed that we can't get either parts or things complete. More

I have leased 8 of my last 9 at a place in Michigan Lafontaine Cadillac and I compare your dealership to how theirs is ran and let’s say…I’ve been spoiled. The car wasn’t filled with gas when I received it , and I’m waiting on a call about a scratch in the windshield shade being repaired. ( I hope they call ). Receiving a loaner after waiting 45 minutes for a repair guy ( polisher) was not a good experience however after a few discussions I did receive one. I’ll give service a chance on my first service and see before I score them. More
