There must be a miscommunication, as we have already ordered the parts needed to address the noise in your vehicle and also offered to pick the vehicle up and return it to you after the repair is complete. It is always frustrating to have an issue with a new vehicle but it does happen from time to time, please let us know how we could have done better. We appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your reply. There is certainly no miscommunication. I asked 3 times for the brake pads AND rotors to be replaced on the vehicle. I received a phone call yesterday telling me that the brake pads were replaced but the rotors were not and they will not be replaced unless there are further issues with the car because Lincoln will not cover the cost of the work. As you mention yourself, it is very frustrating to have issues with a new vehicle, and while I understand it happens from time to time, going above and beyond to make it right is how you could have done better. Instead now, I have purchased a brand new vehicle from your dealership and, through no fault of my own, lost life on the rotors because your dealership refuses to replace them and will only repair them. The dealership should cover the cost of the new rotors, if Lincoln refuses to. Additionally, I would be remiss if I do not mention the fact that when I brought the car to your dealership to report the noise the morning after I purchased it, I was told to simply wait a few days for the noise to go away because the car had been sitting on the lot for some time.
