The purchase was pretty good… took a bit longer than expected. Nelson was very helpful. Don’t remember the finance guys name but he was helpful as well. I spoke with Tony Pagano on May 15 ( around 10a). We spoke for a few mins and he told me he’d have the service dept contact me (shortly) and I never heard from anyone. I ended up having to call back, again the next day (May 16). Follow up is not good and that’s speaking with the GM. The service dept is very important and key in where I purchase my vehicle - I hope Plaza Lincoln has a good one?! More
