It was a great experience! I worked with Gaige and he was very knowledgeable with no pressure. I was comfortable with the whole process. I have never owned a Lincoln and I was super excited for this purchase! He made it easy! The one complaint would be the final paperwork. It was not the amount of paperwork, or the signing of it, or the person explaining it at all, it was the fact the the paperwork was handed to me in a stack, with a paper clip on it (not even a fancy paper clip 😳), no folder, no plastic folder, no paper folder, no leather folder, nothing but a paper clip. I just wrote a check in total to you guys for $72,000 and I got a paper clip with a stack of papers for my brand new Lincoln. I did get three kinds of air spray for the inside of the car but no folder? You should change it to two kinds of air spray and spring for a nice folder for the paper work. My friends just bought a KIA and got a folder and 2 travel mugs? Ha! Pick up the pace Lincoln, I love my car, I love the service I was given, but that is not the first thing out of my mouth when I’m talking about my brand new car. Guess what it is? Basic maintenance was fine. But, Every time I took my car here for what was warranty work there was always a major repair that had to be completed because it needed it. Like an hole in the exhaust pipes that had to be removed to conduct the warranty work. They tried to give the car back to me with a crack in the pipes. Then it was a catalytic converter for the same warranty repair. And the last time the part could not be found but I was able to drive my car 60 miles to a different dealer. They said the part was available on Amazon. Their sales department was so nice that I went ahead and bought a new car. More
I am no longer sure they are completely everything I payed for. I asked service person questions and got some non specific answers. My Navigator is dripping oil which has never happened before.
