Took over 2 hours for Oil Change and Brake Fluid. I had an appointment scheduled. What the point of the appointment if they wont get to my car at the scheduled time. Also got my car back smelling lik I had an appointment scheduled. What the point of the appointment if they wont get to my car at the scheduled time. Also got my car back smelling like weed. Thought it was something and didn’t think much of it. Tried airing the car out and nothing. After further inspection I would a blunt with the lip piece under my seat. My guess is the guy who was in my car had it in his pocket and it fell out. Considering my car sits low and the seat is low it is possible. I have a picture of the smoked blunt in my phone. I’m just more pissed about waiting that long for an oil change. The service advisor Matthew was great. No problems with him. Poor guy was the only one working there that day. More

Plaza does a great job of letting you know what needs to be done to your vehicle for it to last the longest it can. They seem honest so far which is appreciated with a dealer.
