I am extremely happy with Plaza service team. Morgan Knox was truly interested in solving the issue I had with my car. She kept me informed of all that was going on to resolve the issue. Experience with James Jones in purchasing the car was great. Experience in closing the deal could’ve been more efficient. Sales tax for the car was not included when I paid for the car. I also had to wait a month for a replacement part to come in for a part that was an issue right out of the factory. I’m still trying my to resolve a stereo issue. More

During COVID service did not go so well. I returned to the dealership this time and the service was very good. The manager was very polite and seemed to want to be of assistance genuinely.
