Service technicians find and create new issues to make money. Latest instance was I picked up my car after service on A/C, started it up and heater suddenly doesn’t work. WTH! The Home of Infinite lies Contacted by dealership weeks after last conversation to tell me they had good news. They were able to dealer trade for the car I was interested in. Contacted by dealership weeks after last conversation to tell me they had good news. They were able to dealer trade for the car I was interested in. Confirmed vin, MSRP, and price quote. Upon arrival was not the car. Said looking into it. Said couldn’t get dealer to call them back. Lol at same time their internet sales person was contacting me to bring it in. Then retracted price quote. Inifinite lies. If dealer doesn’t sign it, having it in writing from Plaza Infiniti is worthless. More

I am very disappointed I can no longer excuse the behavior of this staff and technicians as well-intentioned. In October 2018, Scott in the service department sat with me an I can no longer excuse the behavior of this staff and technicians as well-intentioned. In October 2018, Scott in the service department sat with me and told me that the lead technician advised that I make roughly five major repairs, totaling over $2300, to get my service engine light to go off. Fittingly, I based my repair decisions on his seemingly expert advice that I later learned to be false or deeply misleading pretexts. After completing the repairs, the problem still remained. I have contacted the department and left voicemails since November and all efforts have been to no avail. The service engine light is still on, thus, compromising the success of my upcoming inspection. My fears were amplified after taking my car to be diagnosed by another certified technician who questioned the quality of the repairs I received. Plaza Infinite, I have not been compensated, reimbursed for the costly and erroneously repairs, or even received a callback. This is one of the worst examples of customer service I have experienced. More
