I have had my car serviced by Plaza since 2012. I use to rate them Five Stars, but in the last two years service has gone down hill. I would compare them with any domestic service provider. They wanted to rate them Five Stars, but in the last two years service has gone down hill. I would compare them with any domestic service provider. They wanted to tell me that I need my valve cover gaskets replaced for $675. They had replaced them two ago and already failing? I questioned the repair and the service person could not answer the question, just that they needed to be replaced today. I asked what determines the repair and again they could not answer the question. If you have someone that is talking to the customer please make sure they are knowledgeable about cars and repairs. This really makes me question if I should continue to take my car to Plaza. More
Servicing my vehicle at Plaza had always been easy and painless. My last service visit was not the usual experience. I’ve been a loyal Plaza customer for over 10 years hit now the service manager has me r painless. My last service visit was not the usual experience. I’ve been a loyal Plaza customer for over 10 years hit now the service manager has me rethinking where I get my service done. I went in for repairs and they gave me a loaner car. When the service manager found out that I was getting repairs made through my insurance company he wanted me out of the loaner and into a rental. That was very concerning to me considering I’m such a loyal customer and I have 4 vehicles serviced there. More

We've had our Mercedes (other vehicle) serviced by the Mercedes dealerships throughout the country. He makes Mercedes seem like a used car lot! We were about to turn this newly purchased Infinity back into the dealership we bought it from; thought it was a lemon. Dan changed our minds. Within seconds of our conversation with him, we determined that as a representative for Infinity, he won our hearts with a hook, line and sinker. No smoke and mirrors; good for his word, very confident and re-assuring in the capabilities of Infinity and it's processes; polished. Dan delivered and we enjoyed the short time interacting with him. The communication after leaving the dealership with our Infinity was effortless. He kept us informed every step of the way. Keep him at all cost; MAKE HIM HAPPY! Your company will reap the rewards.
