Although it felt like a wasted trip, I returned the next business day after they retrieved the car. During my visit, Sales presented a buyer’s quote from Finance that reflected payment terms for someone with significantly lower credit than mine. I immediately questioned why I was being shown numbers that did not match my credit profile. It felt dismissive and, frankly, judgmental—as if a woman or man of a certain background would simply accept whatever was placed in front of them. I had already explained my credit history before arriving, and when my credit was finally pulled, it confirmed exactly what I stated: a strong, well‑established credit record. Despite the economic climate and dealerships setting their own terms, the experience left me feeling more frustrated than excited about my purchase. I ultimately bought the vehicle, but the joy of the moment was overshadowed by how the process was handled. My recommendation to Plaza Infiniti is simple: ask customers whether they want their credit pulled before presenting financing terms—especially terms that do not reflect their actual creditworthiness. Doing so would prevent unnecessary embarrassment and confusion. At the time of this review, I would not recommend the used car department.
