I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti SUV from this dealership, and within a month I had sensors become faulty. I took my vehicle to the service department and was informed that since the sensors were dealership, and within a month I had sensors become faulty. I took my vehicle to the service department and was informed that since the sensors were not faulty at the time of the visit they could not complete repairs or notice any faulty sensors. Weeks pass by and the front sensors became faulty, so I waited to visit the dealership service department again until it was time for an oil change since I was less than 1k miles away from needing the oil change. I revisited this dealership for the 1st Oil Change and mentioned the faulty sensors. I was blamed by the service department for the faulty sensors although I previously told them about the sensors and even took the vehicle for the repairs during the 1st time I noticed the faulty sensor warning appear on the dashboard. So long story short I was billed for labor and diagnostic fees that I shouldn’t have been billed for. In my opinion I feel like the certified warranty is a waste of time if being used at Plaza Infiniti maybe I’ll just have to take an extended drive for any other service work that my vehicle need. More
We chose to have State sales tax added to loan. But they were configured incorrectly. Plaza took over $1,300 more than should have. Then they didn't send the check to me to present to the DMV. So we had to go to dealer to get the check and they told us the DMV would reimburse us for the extra Plaza took. When we took the check to DMV to finish the registration, the DMV didn't want to take a check for $4,000 when we only owed $2,700 because we would have to apply to the state for a refund and they didn't recommend it. We called Plaza and they said they would have the check for correct amount and another one to us for the balance. Next day, Friday, we called and gave a 35 minute notice that we were coming. When we arrived only the check to the DMV was ready and they were still trying to print the one to us. Said it would only be 10 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes we told them we were taking our grandchildren to Minifig store in Kirkwood, but please have check ready when we got back. We were gone almost 3 hours and when we got back the check still wasn't ready. I waited 45 more minutes before they brought the check to me. I took grandchlldren to our home and planned to go to DMV... but they were closed by the time I got there and not open until Monday. But I fly out Sunday for a 12 day trip to Paris and England. I wonder if I'll be charged another late fee now. I do NOT recommend Plaza from my experience so far. More
