How do I begin. Professional crooks. The common thing at Pla Professional crooks with a well plan sales game. My son and I visited on a Sunday, signed off on a transaction for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We payed wha Professional crooks with a well plan sales game. My son and I visited on a Sunday, signed off on a transaction for a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. We payed what was requested as a down payment. We could not take home the vehicle that evening because it was November 21, 2016, a Sunday and the vehicle was at a storage facility. Instruction given to us by sales manager Ana to pick up the vehicle the next day. Ana stated to us that she was our neighbor on Brooklyn's Kimball Street. Lester was the tool sales person. On the pick up date, I stop by the dealership at 3:00 PM to look at the vehicle and do any additional paperwork before the agreed pick up time of 5:00 PM. Was advised by Lester nothing else was necessary. I visited a garage at Avenue U and Ryder were the car was prepped I photographed the vehicle.. At approximately 4:10 Lester contacted me and requested for us not to go into the dealership until further notice. When we finally arrived to pick up the vehicle Lester was not talking to us(planned) and Ana had finished her shift.. After waiting one hour Lester handed us keys to our vehicle, he removed the registration sticker from a 2014 Hyundai which we traded in as part of our agreed transaction. The finance person then asked how where we going to pay the additional 1,300.00. My son and I looked at the finance person and told him that we did not agreed to pay anything else. We realized that everything including the delayed were planned. It appear that the African American Manager was now in charge of getting additional money from us. The finance crook reminded me that since I had a credit score of over 800. He was going to do me a favor, that instead of me paying 1,300.00 in taxes, he was going to give us an insurance for 1,300.00 dollars. We responded absolutely no. Then the sale manager entered himself into the situation. We said no to his unhonest and devious options. We wanted out of the deals, they had removed the registration from our personal vehicle and conveniently could not find our paperwork or title. Every time we went outside to our vehicle the manager would send another salesperson to watch us. The manager acted like a street bully. We had payed and signed off on a 3 years lease, 1,100.00 payed(bank fee, motor vehicle charges, etc) 195.00 a month. Traded in a 2014 Hyundai Genesis with 18,000 miles (balance of 13,600.). Instead we were forced to take a TWO year leased at 229.00 dollars a month. The employees we dealt with are acted as professional con artist, We honestly believe that they don't have an ounce of honesty. I called to file a complaint and realized that I was dealing with their co-workers. Hyundai dealerships are independently owned. I did not get any response to the complaint, If you took the time to read my humble complaint do yourself a favor try a different Hyundai dealership. Mario 917-597-9274. More
Very professional I walked into the dealership not knowing the exact make, year or model car I wanted and was shown the perfect car by Mr. Thomas. He was able to secure a deal that I could accept and I walked out of the dealership and into my new car. There was no pressure to purchase a car I could not afford or a feeling that I was wasting a saleman's time before I decided on my purchase. Mr. Markland secured a great low finance agreement and walked me through all the particulars. This was one of the most hassle free purchases I have every made. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy extended to me on my purchase. More
