Average at best dealership I come to Plaza since the location is convenient and have leased 2 cars, purchasing the last. With this being my first car purchase, I expected there I come to Plaza since the location is convenient and have leased 2 cars, purchasing the last. With this being my first car purchase, I expected there to be hiccups and the DJ and Jamaal were both friendly, but the were key aspects that could have made this a better process. I spent nearly four hours to get things processed and time could have been saved if basic paper work was prepared prior to my appointment since the car was from there. No one explained the overall process, which would have been nice as a first time buyer. When it came to finances, Jamaal led with terrible rate despite me having a great credit score and did not show me any of the comps so I simply had to take him at his word that HMF was the best financing option. I was then given the warranty without being presented with the different options. I didn't close the deal that day, but came back because the entire process was frustrating with zero transparency (not that I expected much from a car dealership). I came back and closed the transaction because the car was a necessary evil. I'm not sure that I would purchase another vehicle at this dealership and if I did, I would the financing on my own and not through the dealership. More
