It was a 9 hour ordeal. Should a purchase of a car take nine hours. I'm sure it was done purposefully to exhaust you. Was never given correct information from the start. I had visited the day before and was told they would have the car from the next morning.I called and was told it was to bother when I arrived. I waited over an hour and a half . Every time my salesperson fill out a piece paper, he got up to speak to someone. When a manager, Tyrone, came over, he informed me that what I had been old by my salesman as a trade in value was not correct and would be $1899 less. When they corrected that and I finally was to sit down in the finance office, some of the original papers showing costs were not there and the numbers were not the same. Of coursed they had increased!! I questioned the numbers and was told they Tyrone put them in the computer. Also I was never told about my finance rate until the end of the transaction. At that point they had exhausted me to the point that i just sighed the papers instead of leaving. a few days later I put on the Air conditioning and it did not work. I went to another dealership to have them inspect it. The manager was appalled that there were still plastic wrap on the dashboard and floor.. Needles to say I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

What my pockets can afford! I went in to Hyundai looking to renew a lease and was serviced by Mr. Marvin Smith (Manager) and Mr. Marvin C. This was not my first time leasing from I went in to Hyundai looking to renew a lease and was serviced by Mr. Marvin Smith (Manager) and Mr. Marvin C. This was not my first time leasing from Marvin S., and with no surprise his customer service was just as great as before. When I gave him a review for the first car I said, his joyous spirit and that gigantic smile led me to believe I was in great hands. I appreciate him so much, enough to continue going to him at my lease ends. He will always have me as a customer because he never puts you in a situation you can not handle. Lord knows we sometimes have to negotiate for hours but as long as I am satisfied in the end and I get to drive off in something I want for the price I want, I'm happy. Marvin C. I appreciate you as well for you support and guidance. Listen y'all go see Marvin Smith, he's a BIG deal. Plaza Hyundai, that you for having such a free spirited person (Manager) on your team. You gained another customer because of Marvin S, he's the best! Thank you, thank you and thank you! More

Was courteous, and charge for service was reasonable.
