STAY AWAY!! Went in looking for a specific used car. After looking around the lot it was apparent that the car was not there even though another sales rep had con Went in looking for a specific used car. After looking around the lot it was apparent that the car was not there even though another sales rep had confirmed, via email, that it was. Then, after over an hour of waiting and cajoling to get me to lease a new car, Nick, a manager, comes out to almost strong arm me into leasing the new car. I told him that I only came in for the one particular car but they do not have it. Realizing I was about to leave, Nick then tells me he has the car but it is in their storage facility and that he MIGHT be able to get it to the dealership by the following day (Thursday). I said I would not be able to come back until Saturday so that gave them time to get it. Nick said I would need to leave a deposit to hold the car, which I gladly gave. On Saturday, I called to get the VIN # for my new car for my insurance and it was given to me. I then went to the dealership to get the car, barring anything being wrong with it. When I arrive, I see it parked out front ready for me. However, when I walk into the dealership, Nick comes over to tell me he had bad news, they SOLD the car that was ON HOLD for me...the car I put a DEPOSIT on...that was sitting out front, for someone else. I asked why I wasn't notified so I did not have to make the trip all the way there. Nick threw James under the bus and said he thought I was called. Needless to say, when my partner comes in, we start to make a scene, because what they did was EXTREMELY WRONG, and Nick just walks away to go and hide in the office. Realizing that I did not have the signed paperwork from Wednesday, just a receipt with the stock number and my deposit, I asked James for a copy of it, as well as Nick's full name. James brings me back a copy with "Void" written on it and signed by...you guessed it, Nick. It was only voided because they SOLD my car to someone else. I did not get the ORIGINAL copy that did not have VOID on it. We were still making a scene, waiting to speak to Nick, who was still hiding. It took for the GM, Anna, to walk out and ask us to come into another office so that we did not leave so angry. She apologized profusely, which Nick never did, he just kept saying he didn't do anything wrong, and we told her the story. She replied that something like that rarely happens - and is there anything she can do? After talking about discounts and what I really want in a car, she ran some numbers and I was able to get a brand new car for a little bit more a month than the used car I was looking at...at least I think I was, as I was never given my Bill of Sale with the actual numbers on it! However, we had to wait HOURS - 2:20 to 7:20 - for everything to be done. We even walked out at one point because there was no one seeing us, but people were standing in their office, walking around, there was a birthday party going on in a side office and a lot of reps/managers were outside smoking. We were there in 2009 and had a bad experience. I do not know why we even bothered to go back. That is not happening again. STAY AWAY!! Most of my ratings are in regards to Nick, the absolute lack of communication & the wait in general. Also, no one explained what I needed to do to maintain the warranty, ie. I can only take it to a dealership to have any work done. ***UPDATE!! I have repeatedly asked for my BILL of Sale, which was never given to me, only the finance agreement, and have been repeatedly ignored. I have since contacted Hyundai USA to let them know the difficulty I am having getting something that belongs to me. Plaza Hyundai does not like to give you anything you sign except the money you will owe them. STAY AWAY!! More

I appreciate the timely manner in which my car was serviced. I think professionalism and taking the time to listen to your Customers needs allows the process to go smoothly.
