Roman thoroughly explained all the features of the car and Kevin in finance was the ultimate professional, yet friendly. Plaza HondaHonda service department is shady at best. Bought aa brand new CR-V Touring about 10 months ago. At my first oil change they tried to get me for new Rotors, telling me they were worn. How coul Bought aa brand new CR-V Touring about 10 months ago. At my first oil change they tried to get me for new Rotors, telling me they were worn. How could Rotors go before 5k miles and your first oil change. My second oil change was performed at Paragon Honda (Queens) instead where they confirmed my brakes and Rotors were fine. (and they are no angels either as they tried to get me for Alignment) . Don't trust this service department. More

No communication - car in shop for 8 total days Brought in for service that was covered under Hondacare. It took 2 days for them to tell me that it was covered under Hondacare and after 2 additional Brought in for service that was covered under Hondacare. It took 2 days for them to tell me that it was covered under Hondacare and after 2 additional days after I called them to ask if the service was done, only for them to tell me that the parts have not been ordered yet. After 5 days they contacted me to tell me to bring the car back in because parts are in. When I bring the car back in, it takes 2.5 hours for them to write up the car and get me a loaner. I call then next day to see if it is ready for pick up, they tell me no and to call back in 3 days. I call back in 3 days and they say they can't help because the service manager is out today. I cal the next day and the say its ready. I go to pick up the car and it takes over 1 hours for them to find the car. The amount of time wasted because of inadequate communication within the shop and to the customer. Complete waste of time. To top it off, every car is suppose to have a complimentary wash after service. Nope not mine, they forgot. Just like everything else. More
