Larry was prompt, courteous, patient and very professional. He stayed with my wife and I the entire time, explaining the features and capabilities of the vehicle. He got all the necessary paper work [insurance etc.] with the ease of the professional that he is with no fuss or commotion. We were able to drive the vehicle home from the showroom after completing our financial transaction, without a hitch. I would recommended Larry to friends and family without hesitation. More
Waste of Time I went to Plaza Honda today (KEY TAG 5048) and had a very very bad experience. Arrived there at 3:00 PM and after "4" hours (Yes 4 hours. I am not kid I went to Plaza Honda today (KEY TAG 5048) and had a very very bad experience. Arrived there at 3:00 PM and after "4" hours (Yes 4 hours. I am not kidding. I swear to god) at 7:00 PM, a lady came and asked me why are you waiting and who is taking care of you? I replied, oil and filter change and you are the one who is supposed to take care of me because I talked with you when I arrived here and you gave a receipt and said to me to wait. Then she straight said to me I do not remember you (Wow ! What a nice customer service). She took my receipt and went out. After few minutes, she came to me and said, we did not touch your car and we will change car's oil and filter right now. The time was 7:10 PM. I just said, give me the car and I will go to somewhere else to change oil and filter. I have been to many places to change oil and filter but this place is the worst one. It looks like they are getting more than enough customers nowadays and they just don't care about customer service More

Amazing, excellent.. No complaints I have been to Plaza Honda many times and I have always had great service. But Jamal went above and beyond to make sure I received what I wanted and t I have been to Plaza Honda many times and I have always had great service. But Jamal went above and beyond to make sure I received what I wanted and to protect me in my vehicle by getting things done that I didn't even know needed fixing. He was so knowledgeable about everything I asked him and through it all, made me feel good about leaving my vehicle in capable hands. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and people like Jamal is what keeps me coming back to Honda Plaza. More

I called the business so someone would come to greet me, I was finally introduced to a sales person. The sales person (Roy) was not interested in my car preferences but was more interested in making a sale and rather than discussing my options as a buyer, he discussed about his commission and how much the sale would help him. In addition, when we discussed about my car as a trade in, he was making fun of me and the car I drive, suggesting my car was worthless, that I still need to roll my windows down manually. The whole experience was a waste, rather than helping me make the right decision picking the right car at the right price, I was pressured into buying a car just so he can make his commission. More

I was acknowledged by no one and was not asked if I needed help or if I was interested in a particular vehicle. After 30 minutes of asking strangers if they worked there, and they giving us the same response that they were too looking for help I was finally able to find an employee. I assume they were understaffed that Sunday because I saw very few workers there. After waiting further we were introduce to Lawrence Hinds from Honda. To believe Hyundai had to bring a worker all the way from the Honda department to assist us. But what a blessing it would be. Mr Hinds was professional and personable. To be thrown into a department that was not his comfort zone, Mr Hinds was able acclimate himself with Hyundai vehicles quickly. We found the specific car we wanted. Mr. Lawrence Hinds was told that our vehicle would be delivered Monday because Hyundai did not do deliver cars on Sunday. Monday came, my husband and I are excited to pick up the car. We received a call from a Hyundai rep saying their was a system error and that the card had already been sold. This is after we had added that car vin number to our insurance policy plan. Again mr hinds to the rescue kept in contact with us and stated that he would continue to look for another vehicle for us and apologized on behalf of Hyundai. Let me remind you again that he works at Honda. Mr Hinds called a few days later to inform us that he had a vehicle for us and that it would be delivered Friday. We went to pick the car up Saturday. Mr hinds called that morning to confirm that we were enroute for our appointment. We arrived to Hyundai and mr Lawrence took us to the ar and showed us all the features. Mr Lawrence hinds deserves a promotion and a raise. He stayed with us throughout the whole process to ensure we left happy with our new 2016 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. Blake allman assisted us with numbers and signing the documents. He was a great help too and answered our questions. I would definitely revisit Hyundai only if I could work with mr Lawrence hinds fron Honda. Thank you for all your help and attentiveness. You are the epitome of an upstanding man and professional. Keep up the rest work. More

No better than a very bad con artist I went in to lease a Honda .. After providing the sales rep " Tony " with all my information and letting him know my specific credit circumstances .. I went in to lease a Honda .. After providing the sales rep " Tony " with all my information and letting him know my specific credit circumstances .. he ran my credit and returned to inform me that the monthly cost for the lease was $299.00. Relying on his honesty and integrity I even obtained insurance and he prepared the paperwork .. Shortly before the process was complete .. "Tony " informed me that there was a $30.00 increase in the monthly payments .. Because my credit was less than level 1 .. He knew this as soon as we sat down .. He took my info .. Said he ran the credit .. And assured me that based on the credit it was $299 a month .? He blatantly misrepresented the amount to induce me into the deal . When confronted he tried in vain to explain that " these things happen ". He is sorry " it's only a Mere $ 30.00 a month ... Then his manager appears and continues with the lies and excuses .. I refused to proceed .. Mainly because even with less than stellar credit .. I expect honesty and full disclosure when dealing with anyone especially a so called reputable car dealer. It's not the extra $30 which infuriated me , it was the blatant lying. The manager whose name escapes me was extremely rude and Condescending and had to be put in his place .. He eventually admitted that the sales rep should NOT have given me 100 percent guarantee that my monthly payment would be $299 but refused to honor the amount . Instead he tried to convince me to lease another cheaper car .. I declined his offer .. Again .. I dislike liars .. I will never visit this establishment again .. And advise anyone intending to do business with them to be very careful .. To me honesty is mandatory. More
